These are the terms for using snowsota.com and for asking us to quote or clear a driveway. Sending the form is a request. It is not a booked job until we confirm it.

The site

The site is for Rochester snow removal. Use it as written. Do not scrape it, copy the photos as your own, or mess with the form. We can take a page down or refuse a quote if someone is abusing the site.

Quotes and prices

Numbers on the site (1-car $199/mo, 2-car $229/mo, 3-car $259/mo) are typical monthly rates for standard residential driveways in Rochester city limits. They are estimates. They are not an offer, a contract, or a guarantee of service. Final pricing is subject to a quote confirmed by SnowSota. Size, slope, access, extra piles (including the city plow berm), and work outside the published plan can change the amount. Lots and oversized pads are quoted. One-time visits are quoted by phone.

We confirm by phone or another message we actually send you. Until then, you are not on the route.

The plan

The residential monthly plan is the driveway (garage to street), the sidewalks, and complimentary salt, billed monthly, in 55901, 55902, 55904, and 55906. 55905 is not a service ZIP. The ridge the city plow leaves at the driveway mouth is extra if you want it gone. It is not silently included. We do not do roofs, ice dams, or street parking. Street parking in Rochester is the city’s rule, not ours.

What is on a commercial or one-time job is whatever we confirmed for that quote. Nothing else.

What we need from you

A real address, a working phone, and a driveway we can get to. Move cars if they block the pad. Tell us about a steep grade, a shared drive, a tight lot, or anything we could hit. If we show up and cannot work the property as quoted, we stop and talk to you before we invent a new job.

Weather and access

Snow is the work. City plows, wind, and a second band can put snow back. We run a route, not a magic clock. If the street is closed, the pad is blocked, or we cannot run the equipment safely, we come when we can. That is not a refund by itself.

Paying

Sending the quote form does not charge a card. We tell you how to pay when we confirm the job. Do not send a card number through the notes field.

The property

We take care around the pad and the walks we agreed to do. We are not responsible for the city’s plow, for toys or stakes we were not told about, for cars left in the way, or for work you had someone else do. If something of yours is damaged and it is on us, call. We will look at it. Wind, a second band, and ice after we leave can put snow back. This page does not make us an insurer of the house, and it is not a guest-slip warranty.

Minnesota

Minnesota law governs these terms. Rochester, Olmsted County, is the place for any dispute that cannot be worked out. If a court throws out one line, the rest still stands.
