SnowSota. Rochester, MN. Last updated September 3, 2026.
This page is about the information you give us when you ask for a quote or call. We are a snow removal shop, not a data company. We do not sell lists.
Who we are
SnowSota does residential driveway snow removal in Rochester city limits (55901, 55902, 55904, 55906). We are a service-area business. There is no public shop address on this site. Email quotes@snowsota.com. Call (507) 323-1842.
What we collect
On the quote form: first name, last name, street, ZIP, phone, driveway size, and anything you type in the notes. The form also stores the time you sent it and the IP address the request came from, so we can run the site and catch junk.
If you call, text, or email us, we have whatever you put in that message. We do not ask for a Social Security number, a card number, or a login.
How we use it
To quote the job, confirm the address, talk to you about the driveway, and get you on the route if we take the work. That is it. We do not use your number for an unrelated promo list.
Texts and calls
When you send the quote form, you agree SnowSota may text you about that quote, and we may call or email you. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of texts. You can also say so on the phone or write quotes@snowsota.com.
Who sees it
The quote goes to our mailbox at quotes@snowsota.com and is stored so we can follow up. The website runs on Cloudflare. Cloudflare sees normal server logs (IP, browser, pages) to keep the site up. We do not put a marketing pixel or an ad tracker on these pages.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your name, phone, or address. We would only share it if the law required it, or if we had to in order to finish the work you asked for (for example a sub we sent to your street, if that ever happens). We would not blast it to a list.
How long we keep it
As long as we need it to quote you, serve the season, or settle a question about the job. We do not keep a leftover marketing file after that. Ask us to delete a quote and we will, unless we still need it for a job that is open or a record we have to keep.
Your choices
Email or call if you want to see what we have, fix a name or address, or delete a quote we are not using. Use the same phone number or street you sent so we can find it.
Cookies and logs
The quote page uses ordinary browser storage only as needed to run the form. We do not run a third-party analytics script on this site. Your browser still talks to Cloudflare to load the pages.
Kids
This site is for people who need a driveway cleared. It is not for children, and we do not want information from anyone under 13.
